Toyota Launches Redesigned 2010 Mark X in Japan
Toyota Launches Redesigned 2010 Mark X in Japan The Mark X is bigger than a Lexus IS, but a bit smaller than a Lexus GS. i want to like this car. really, but the back looks too much like a dorolla and whats with the headlights, ugh.. stick to the FT-86 or something...I am sure has the Lexus ES floor pan and running gear. Still better looking then the last modeland hope it comes to China like the last model under the Reiz name not Mark X. The new Toyota Mark X made its debut at the 2009 Tokyo Motor Show. The RWD Mark X is equipped with a 3.5-litre V6 engine as well as a 2.5-litre V6. It features a sporty mesh grille and a tri-lense lamp layout for the headlamps and taillights. Shades of 2009 Camry and current Lexus IS give it an attractive if not slightly conservative design.
Toyota says the 2.5-litre will achieve a 0 - 100mkm/h sprint time of 8.4 seconds and return 7l/100km (49.2 mpg US) in fuel efficiency figures. Toyota Launches Redesigned 2010 Mark X in Japan
Equipment installed includes an HDD navigation system with Map on Demand, Radar Cruise Control and Hill-start Assist Control. Minimum prices start at ¥2.38 million (€17,594/ US$26,080) for the 250G F Package version.
The pre-face lifted one more looks better without too many curve in the headlamp. This car actually is ok and nice and in the top spec it feels so elegant in and outside. However, recently, Toyota is getting worse, their face lifted models don't make any sense eventhough the custom is always awesome. One more, those unique fish eyes are appealing Asia market like anime is more popular here and watchout Audi is getting interesting when it applies a little bit Japanese car sense
